Handira, know as Wedding blankets are handcrafted from natural undyed cotton, wool and linen. Decorated with shinny metal sequins which give the blankets a beautiful jingly sound.
They are woven by the future bride along with female relatives who during the shared task teach her about marital duties and other expectations of her new life!
